Hi, I’m Stephanie. I’m a psychotherapist

who helps you learn how to feel and deal with your emotions so you can use them as strengths to make the difference you are meant to make in this world.

I am trained in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), a therapy that uses your mind, body and emotion to transform your trauma into growth.

If you’re quickly scrolling so no one sees you on a site for therapy, I get it. Recognizing you want help and asking for it takes bravery.

Being here is a sign of your courage, insight, and the healing that’s already happening in you.

You’ve come a long way. Let’s discover your next steps together.

If you belong to a community of colour, I know you’ve faced many barriers to getting the mental health care you need.

I’m in awe of all the inner work you have already done to get here.

You carry intergenerational trauma, racial stress, and the pain of living in a system that often misunderstands and disregards you.

You deserve support, not the pressure to succeed.
